Does my business have to be located in Palm Desert to join?
No. Our 500+ members come from across the Coachella Valley, and from Riverside, Imperial, Orange and San Diego counties. If you do business in the desert, you can join.
How do I apply for Chamber membership?

What do I get with a Chamber membership?
A listing in the Chamber business directory and on pdacc.org with your link, address and map, a 30-day front-page listing on the Chamber website, a customer referral service, networking at monthly events, Hot Deals and Member to Member deals, job postings, newsletter announcements, legislative advocacy, and Office Depot and Staples savings programs.
What is Chamber Chat, and when does it meet?
Chamber Chat is a monthly session held on the 3rd Thursday of each month where you can learn about the benefits and opportunities the Chamber provides for businesses. It is a good first stop if you are thinking about joining.
What is the Profit Connection Lunch?
It is a 90-minute networking lunch where you promote your business, meet fellow professionals, and build your referral network. Dates are on the Chamber event calendar.
Are Chamber membership dues tax deductible?
Your membership investment may be deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax professional to confirm how it applies to your business.
Is the Chamber part of the City of Palm Desert?
No. The Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce is an independent nonprofit 501(c)(6) membership organization. It was started in 1954, before the city incorporated, and it is funded by member dues and run by a local board of directors and professional staff.
