Emerging Leader Program

The Emerging Leaders Program was formed by the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce (PDACC) in 2016  to develop a network of informed higher education students prepared to assume leadership roles in our community and workforce.  PDACC believes knowledge is a key element and prime motivator of leadership. Consequently, the primary objective of the Emerging Leaders  Program is to educate students about to enter the workforce about the various pathways they can utilize with their education and expose them to Chamber member investors and their needs.
